  • Chief mount items may be returned within 10 days if unused. Merchandise & carton must appear as new. No exceptions will be made since these are installation type items. There is a 25% re-stocking fee for this service on all returns - this applies to opened/unopened items.

Return shipping and insurance are the customers' responsibility. All returns must have a RTZ AV Return (RMA#) number supplied before any items can be sent back. Call 800.543.0582. Sorry.. there is no exception to this policy.

  • All Chief electric lifts and electronic products are NOT RETURNABLE. This applies to opened or unopened items.

Canadian customers please note that Chief does not ship from their facility directly into Canada. All products must be shipped to us in Maryland, USA and then on to Canada. The shopping cart will calculate only the shipping charge to your location from us. Your shipping costs & insurance will be x 2 what the cart calculates. Only the shipping costs double...the handling charge remains the same. Thank you
