New 6th generation Wireless function Using 802.11G With the PTLB60 projector we are introducing the 6th generation of Wireless technology. The PTLB60NTU uses IEEE802.11b/g standard to enable high speed data transfer. The new Wireless Manager ME3 (Mobile Edition ver.3) provides 5 times faster operation speed compared to the previous model. PowerPoint animation and PC movies (up to 30fps) with sound can be transmitted without image disturbances caused by a too slow communications link. With the new WM-ME3, we added “Wireless Prompter Function (Secondary Display Transmission)” and “Selective Area Transmission” which allows you to transmit PowerPoint slides to the projector while you can view text documents (script) on your PC screen. Wireless Prompter Function Selective Area Transmission (Secondary Display Transmission) “Instant Operation-able Wireless Manager” is a new feature that can be stored in a memory device such as SD memory card or USB flash memory. With this feature you can plug memory devices into your wireless-LAN capable PC and instantly start wireless projection without installing the complete Wireless Manager software in your PC. After your presentation is over and you log off of Wireless Manager, the PC’s LAN settings are restored to their original state, so the PC is ready to reconnect to your company (or home) LAN system. As with the previous versions of our wireless technology, Wireless Manager ME3 allows up to 16 computers can talk to one projector or one PC can send images to up to 8 projectors.
